Dear MA/RI TU leaders:

1. Given the current corona virus situation, the Executive Committee has decided to cancel our June 5-7 caddisfly festival for this year. We didn't feel that there would be the necessary comfort level in sponsoring such a gathering and, since we had only received two reservations thus far, it was clear that our membership was feeling the same way. We ask that you let your chapter members know that the 2020 event, like the Olympics, has been postponed to June 2021
2. Also, for those chapters that have made a financial pledge to the Gudell/Hart project (Crowningshield 2.0) we ask that you send your check in as soon as possible as the Franklin Land Trust is moving toward closing on this project. Checks should be made out to the Franklin Land Trust. Put Gudell in the memo line. Mail checks to:

3. Our next Council meeting is scheduled for April 26th, from 10:00 to 12:00. We will NOT be meeting in person at Cabelas for this meeting. Rather, we will be using Zoom for an on-line meeting. A link for joining the meeting will be sent to you one week before the meeting. I recommend that you make sure you're familiar with Zoom (establish an account on line on the Zoom web site) so that you can swiftly join the meeting come April 26th.
