Indian Hollow Fishing Weekend is fast approaching. The is a Council Camping and Fishing weekend on the Westfield River.The 2015 dates are 5/15 - 5/18 

Just a few reminders.

Bring your fishing license!  You can get it online.

Our "spot" is on the river side of the camp ground.  Go all the way to the back of the loop and as you come around facing the entrance, We'll be on the left side. Think of the area as 10 o'clock if you enter the camp ground at 6 o'clock.

Saturday is cookout and council meeting.  Bring enough food to eat and a way to cook it.  There are showers there.  There is also drinking water if you don't want to schlep.  It will be in the 40's at night so bring a jacket. If you want to bring some of your own firewood you can but YOU MUST KNOW IT'S ORIGIN AND IT CANNOT BE FROM THE WORCESTER AREA. (Asian longhorn beetle and Emerald As borer fears). The council usually supplies wood too.

Come and enjoy 3 full days of fly fishing and camping on the banks of the Westfield River in Chesterfield MA. This is one of the most beautiful places to fly fish in western Massachusetts. The river is generously stocked by the Massachusetts Division of Fish and Wildlife for this annual event. Raffle and chili cook-off if you want to show your hot stuff.

Directions
From the south on 91 take Exit 19 and follow Rte 9 west through Northampton.
From the north on 91 take Exit 20 and go Rtes 5/10 south for 1 mile and right on 9 West
Rt. 9 west (towards Williamsburg)
Left on route 143, 6 miles to Chesterfield.
Left after Town Hall.
Go 2.4 miles, Take 3rd right onto Indian Hollow road.
Follow dirt road 1.5 miles to gate.
